Qigong Seminars
Master Michael Tse will return to Australia and New Zealand at the beginning of March 2012. Dates for 2012 are from 1st March to 5th March. He is our direct link to the history and lineage of the Dayan Qigong, Chun Yuen Quan and Hard Qigong skills.
The program will be in Brisbane at the Community Hall, Mt Gravatt Showgrounds, Logan Rd and is as follows:
10th Anniversary Demonstration
Thursday 1st March 6-7.30pm.
An opportunity to see Sigong Michael Tse perform some rarely seen forms and to see
the local students demonstrating their skills. FREE.
Kunlun Twining Hands Bagua Friday 2nd March 1pm-5pm.
Bagua means "eight situations", which relate to all things in life. When we walk
the Bagua shape, it means we are covering eight different directions and getting energy for all of the internal organs. When we are ill, walking the Bagua shape
can help to release the sick energy and help the body to recover much
quicker. The additional special movements in this form help to stimulate the
Liver energy, get rid of toxins and stimulate circulation for good health.
We will run separate groups for those who started in 2010, those who started in 2011 and for people who would like to begin learning it.
Joint Opening Gong Sat 3rd March and Sunday 4th March from 1pm-5pm
You need both Yin and Yang energy to be healthy and Joint
Opening
Gong is a good example of both kinds
of energy: Part I
gently loosens the lower back,
knees and waist, Part II is very
dynamic, improving
circulation
and mobility in all the joints.
We will run one group for those who started in 2010, one for those
who started
in 2011 and another for those who wish to start learning.
Heavenly River Monastery Hard Qigong Level I
Monday 5th March from 6pm-9pm
Hard Qigong is a very special type of Qigong
and
is one of the
treasures
of the Tse Qigong Centre.
Using special
breathing techniques and
movements, Hard Qigong
creates powerful Qi that helps improve
circulation
and energy levels dramatically. It makes the
internal
organs - particularly the kidneys,lungs
and heart -
very strong. It also strengthens the
bones by increasing
bone marrow, making it of
interest to women, not only to martial artists.
Regular practice will also make the mind clearer
and promote confidence.
We will have separate groups for those who have started and those who
wish to begin learning.
